INTERTON Group Implements Digital Signage System of MVM Dome (MULTIFUNCIONAL SPORTS HALL OF BUDAPEST)
The MVM Dome, the handball arena with the largest capacity in Europe, was officially opened on 16 December 2021. The digital signage system, implemented by INTERTON Group, serves the general display functions of the building as part of the audio-visual system.
The goals of the digital signage system we installed is to inform those staying in the building as well as creating advertisement surfaces, changing contents and dynamic visual environment.
The system includes 239 LCD display panels, and the central digital signage server computer edits its contents, partly stores and delivers them to the displays via the IT network installed in the building.
The content appearing on the displays might be digital signage videos, images, RSS feed, html and widget contents, IPV channels, live footages, the images of connections, and it is also possible to accept further streams from the building. Syncronised transmission on all the displays in the same space is also resolved.
In VIP boxes, the displays and their contents can be controlled locally by using mobile phones after scanning QR codes.
By fitting them into the required image, these surfaces can be fully customised, satisfying all customer demand.
As part of the system, we installed QSC Q-SYS Core 8 Flex system processors, which provide HTML5 based user surfaces to carry out controlling tasks.
