Tihanyi Abbey

Tihany Abbey is one of the major symbols of Hungary and of Lake Balaton. Our company planned and installed the new sound system, projection technology and video system of the church. The most important customer’s expectation concerning the sound technology was clean speech intelligibility and meeting the expectations of historic building protection. Like most churches, the interior of the church is really echoing, that is why special speakers are required. Our own patent, the IVS line speaker precisely provides good intelligibility, and it fits perfectly in historic environment. With the help of the display, the congregation can see the lyrics of the songs perfectly, and courtesy of the video system, religious services can be followed on the internet as well. These are provided by three cameras and special microphones.
